1. Payment Processing Security

All payments for Aimpact Now products and services are processed securely through licensed payment processors:

Stripe, Inc.
Stripe is a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1 payment processor handling credit card, debit card, and ACH payments with industry-standard encryption and fraud prevention.

PayPal Holdings, Inc.
PayPal processes payments through PayPal accounts, credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers with secure authentication and buyer protection features.

Shopify Payments (Stripe-powered)
Shopify Payments uses Stripe's payment infrastructure to process transactions securely through the Shopify e-commerce platform.

2. No Storage of Sensitive Payment Data

Aimpact Now does not store complete credit card numbers, CVV codes, expiration dates, or full banking information on our servers. All sensitive payment data is collected, encrypted, and stored exclusively by our payment processors in compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).

3. Supported Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods vary by payment processor, geographic location, and transaction type. Commonly supported methods include:

  • Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

  • PayPal accounts

  • Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay where available)

  • Bank transfers (ACH, SEPA where available)

Available payment options are displayed at checkout based on your location and selected payment processor.

4. Transaction Encryption

5. Currency and Pricing

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on product pages and at checkout. If your payment method uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates and international transaction fees. Aimpact Now is not responsible for conversion rates, foreign transaction fees, or charges imposed by your financial institution.

6. Taxes and Invoicing

Applicable taxes (such as sales tax, VAT, GST) may be calculated and added to your total at checkout based on your billing address and local tax regulations. Tax calculations are performed automatically by our e-commerce platform.

Invoices and Receipts
Transaction receipts and order confirmations are issued automatically via email after successful payment. These documents serve as proof of purchase and include:

  • Items purchased with descriptions

  • Prices and applicable taxes

  • Payment method used

  • Billing information

7. Billing Disputes and Investigation

If you believe a charge is incorrect, unauthorized, or fraudulent:

  1. Contact us immediately at contact@aimpact.now with transaction details

  2. Provide order number, charge amount, date, and explanation of the issue

  3. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days

  4. We maintain transaction records, delivery logs, and customer agreement documentation to resolve billing disputes

Do not file a chargeback before contacting us. We maintain comprehensive evidence of authorized transactions and product delivery to defend against unwarranted disputes.

8. Failed Payments and Access

If a payment fails, is declined, or is reversed:

  • Digital product delivery will not occur

  • Access to purchased products will be withheld

  • Service engagements will not commence

  • Existing access may be suspended if a charge is reversed after delivery

To resolve failed payment issues, contact your payment provider or financial institution to address the decline reason, then retry checkout or contact support at contact@aimpact.now.
